Its like having period on the 'first night',

I had a bad patterns or i should say a fucked up fever pattern.In a day,i will look super okay,in another day i will look like a mayat hidup.And i can be very cold till my whole body shaking like a mat pet who didnt get his 'thing'.I just dun know how to cure this weird diseases instead of eating some drugs from the doctors.I hate medicine,to be frank.Its like having period on the 'first night'.Sucks big time right?
